At AdegaMãe in Torres Vedras, wine tourism is experienced every day. Among the gastronomic proposals are the beef pica-pau, the codfish pasties and rissoles, and the xara served in bolo do caco. The offer varies according to the season, but remains faithful to the tradition and flavour of the region.
