Blandy’s Wine Festival 2025 is back

Between 27 August and 5 September, Blandy’s Wine Lodge will be the setting for immersive experiences combining heritage, gastronomy and wine tourism. This year’s edition promises to surprise both first-time visitors and aficionados who have been following the festival for years. Highlights include the iconic Night Harvest, the Presentation of the New Wines 2025, the “All About Madeira” dinner and interactive workshops such as “Winemaker for a Day”, Traditional Crafts, Honey Cake and Madeira Embroidery. Participants will also be able to experience the traditional Pisa da Uva, celebrating an ancestral practice of Madeira wine production.
The programme also includes activities for the whole family, such as guided tours of the vineyards with wine tastings, chocolate workshops and opportunities to learn how to make your own Madeira wine, always with the possibility of advance bookings. Prices range from €17 to €399, with the Premium Ticket granting access to all festival activities.
With a programme that combines tradition and innovation, the Blandy’s Wine Festival 2025 reaffirms itself as one of the major events of the Madeiran summer, offering a unique and memorable experience for all lovers of wine and the island’s culture.
