From Lisbon to Comporta, the most elegant night of the year bears the JNcQUOI signature

27/12/2025The JNcQUOI group will ring in the 2025/2026 New Year with six distinct gastronomic proposals in Lisbon and Comporta, combining signature menus, entertainment, music, and an open bar in a celebration marked by the brand's signature sophistication and unmistakable style.

The JNcQUOI group will celebrate the arrival of 2026 with six exclusive dining experiences spread across Lisbon and Comporta, offering different atmospheres and concepts to mark the New Year’s transition with the sophistication, entertainment, and style that characterizes the brand. Beyond the culinary offerings, the night will be marked by music, live performances, and an open bar until 2:00 AM in several of the venues.

In Lisbon, JNcQUOI Avenida will mark the last night of the year with a signature dinner by Chef António Bóia, featuring dishes such as glazed scallop with caviar and champagne and chive risotto, and loin of Galician blonde beef with oxtail royale and shaved black truffle. The experience includes a selection of exceptional wines, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne at midnight, and an open bar.

Also in the capital, the recently opened JNcQUOI Fish proposes an exclusive menu conceived by Chef Filipe Carvalho, focused on the finest ingredients from the Portuguese coast and contemporary cooking techniques. Highlights include red shrimp carpaccio with papaya vinaigrette, seared scallop with pork jowl and Oscietra caviar, and seared wreckfish with tonnato sauce.

At JNcQUOI Asia, the New Year’s celebration will feature a menu inspired by the great cuisines of the East, with suggestions such as Japanese A5 Wagyu shabu shabu and pan-seared brill in a sauce of Chinese vinegar, ginger, and cashew. The night extends into the Bar Ganda, where midnight will be celebrated with an included open bar.

Lisbon’s offerings are completed by JNcQUOI Frou Frou, which bets on an immersive gastronomic experience and a vibrant, irreverent atmosphere. The New Year’s menu, signed by Chef Mário Esteves, includes dishes like crispy brill with kung pao sauce and jasmine rice, and pan-seared beef short rib with kalamansi sauce.

Outside Lisbon, the group extends the celebration to Comporta with two distinct proposals. At JNcQUOI Beach Club, the New Year’s Eve dinner takes place by the sea, with a menu featuring turbot with champagne and caviar sauce and milk-fed veal tenderloin with girolle mushrooms and truffle, in an elegant and festive setting.

Meanwhile, at JNcQUOI Deli Comporta, the region’s bohemian and relaxed spirit serves as the backdrop for a menu that includes dishes such as charcoal-grilled scarlet prawn with piquillo pepper in the Josper oven, semi-cured cod with chickpea puree and pil pil sauce, and apple tart with caramel parfait and gold leaf.
