JNcQUOI Asia Launches New Lunch Menu Dedicated to Sushi

JNcQUOI Asia has unveiled a new lunchtime proposition with the launch of the Express Lunch Sushi Bar — a menu dedicated exclusively to sushi, designed for a swifter experience without compromising on the quality and sophistication for which the restaurant is known.

The new offering coincides with the arrival of Chef Rui Rosário, who brings a fresh approach to the restaurant’s Japanese kitchen, reinforcing the technical dimension and the counter experience, where direct interaction with the chef takes centre stage.

Available Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00, the menu is served exclusively at the sushi bar counter and presents a balanced selection of flavours and textures inspired by Japanese tradition. The experience opens with sunomono as a starter, followed by a chef’s selection of sashimi and nigiri, tuna hosomaki and kampyo hosomaki. The meal concludes with miso soup and a mochi for dessert.

With this new proposition, JNcQUOI Asia strengthens its lunchtime offering by introducing an alternative centred on the authenticity of Japanese cuisine and the close relationship between chef and guest, in a more dynamic and contemporary register.
