The event features an exclusive menu that celebrates this product through a variety of cuts, precise techniques and pairings that highlight the intensity and purity of its flavour.
For the occasion, chefs António Bóia and Luís Santos present a special selection available only during these two days. Standout starters include Tuna tartare with nori seaweed and piparra, Tuna tataki with sesame, kimchi and wasabi, and Shaved tuna with cured egg yolk, matchstick potatoes and trout roe – dishes that showcase a contemporary and technical approach to the ingredient.
For main courses, the menu includes Bluefin tuna belly paella with miso broth and seaweed, Grilled bluefin tuna with morel sauce, salicornia oil and coriander, and the classic Portuguese-style tuna steak, combining gastronomic sophistication with tradition.
