JNcQUOI celebrates Chinese New Year

13/02/2026The Amorim Luxury group is celebrating the Chinese New Year with a four-day event at its restaurants JNcQUOI Frou Frou and JNcQUOI Asia, combining exclusive menus with music, entertainment, and traditional Chinese cultural rituals.

JNcQUOI will welcome the Chinese New Year with a program running from February 17th to 21st, taking place at the Amorim Luxury group’s oriental-inspired restaurants, JNcQUOI Frou Frou and JNcQUOI Asia.
The celebration begins on February 17th with a special evening at JNcQUOI Frou Frou, which transforms into the setting for an authentic Chinese New Year celebration. The venue welcomes guests with a festive and sophisticated atmosphere, featuring traditional Chinese music, entertainment, a DJ performance, and an exclusive menu designed especially for this occasion, inviting them to toast the new year in a vibrant and immersive setting.

The festive spirit continues in the following days, from February 18th to 21st, with a special Chinese New Year menu available at both JNcQUOI Asia and JNcQUOI Frou Frou, for lunch and dinner. The gastronomic offering begins with a selection of appetizers such as crispy lobster Cheung Fun with caviar, crispy celery char siu with raspberry powder, shrimp spring roll, and pork and shrimp wontons.
For main courses, the menu features reinterpreted classics of Chinese cuisine, with suggestions such as steamed fish with ginger and chives, stir-fried nian gao with XO sauce and crab, Hainanese chicken claypot, and stir-fried bimmis with macadamia nuts and pine nuts. The experience concludes with traditional desserts, including sesame balls and salted duck egg and orange bao.

Beyond the culinary offerings, the JNcQUOI Asia and JNcQUOI Frou Frou restaurants will surprise customers with the traditional Dragon Dance, one of the most emblematic symbols of Chinese culture.
