JNcQUOI opens the bathing season in Comporta with gastronomic novelties

With the official start of the holiday season, the JNcQUOI Beach Club and the JNcQUOI Cabana, two of the Amorim Luxury group’s venues at Praia do Pego in Comporta, are presenting a series of new features designed to turn every visit into a memorable experience. The restaurant, under the direction of Chef António Bóia, is launching a new menu full of fresh ingredients and creative suggestions, with a clear focus on the elegance of the flavours and the quality of the service.
Starters include Alaskan king crab with Russian salad, Puglia PDO stracciatella with quinoa and avocado and tuna toro crudo with kafir lime zest. As for the hot dishes, the king crab leg in citronella butter promises to win over the most demanding palates. The main dishes include the lobster and sea urchin açorda, the paccheri with lobster and the lobster paella with mushrooms, designed for sharing. The carabineros and squid fideuá is also back on the menu, celebrating summer at the table with intense and memorable flavours.
At JNcQUOI Cabana, the beach bar located right on the beach, the offer is lighter but no less sophisticated. Ideal for informal meals by the sea, the new menu includes everything from gazpacho and roast beef with German salad to truffled turbot in bolo do caco or the surprising lobster hot dog. With exclusive beds and lounges available for booking until 30 September, customers can enjoy these delicacies in comfort and with personalised service.
