Lindeborg Wines Acquires Adega Moor
12/06/2026Group expands to five estates in Portugal and strengthens portfolio with a focus on quality, sustainability and global growth.Lindeborg Wines has announced the acquisition of Adega Moor, in a move that reinforces its presence in the sector and increases to five the number of estates under its management in Portugal.
According to the company, the integration of Adega Moor forms part of the group’s growth strategy, focused on consolidating a diversified portfolio and expanding its market base. The operation is expected to create commercial and logistical synergies, particularly through the gradual integration of Lindeborg Wines’ portfolio into the distribution channels already developed by Adega Moor.
With this acquisition, the group strengthens its production structure while maintaining a positioning based on wines of origin, produced exclusively from grapes grown on its own estates.
Lindeborg Wines currently holds assets across several Portuguese wine regions, including Lisbon, Tejo and Alentejo, with brands such as Quinta da Folgorosa, Vinhos Cortém, Quinta da Barrosa, Quinta Vale do Armo and Herdade da Cabeceira.
The addition of Adega Moor broadens the portfolio to include wines with a more competitive positioning, enabling the group to respond to different consumer segments.
At an operational level, the company continues to implement the National Sustainability Benchmark across its estates, aiming for certification. At the same time, it remains committed to the production of organic and natural wines, particularly through the Vinhos Cortém brand.
Internationally, the acquisition strengthens Lindeborg Wines’ capacity in markets where it is already present, including Brazil, Africa and Asia.
With this move, the group continues its strategy of sustained growth, based on asset valorisation, portfolio diversification and increased competitiveness across different markets.
