Made exclusively with Alvarinho grapes, the queen of the Vinho Verde region, this sparkling wine follows the classic method, with a minimum aging of 24 months in the bottle, ensuring complexity and elegance in the final profile.
In the glass, it presents a yellowish color, fine and delicate bubbles, a slightly floral aroma, and notes of dried fruit. Versatile in pairing, it accompanies shellfish, fish dishes, and also meats such as kid goat or suckling pig, making it a memorable option for moments of conviviality with family or friends.
Signed by winemaker Jorge Sousa Pinto, the QM Super Reserva Sparkling Wine should be served between 8°C and 10°C, being ideal for the midnight toast.
