Quinta de Pancas launches two new Reserva vintages.
17/04/2026The historic estate in the Lisbon region presents Pancas Reserva Branco 2025 and Quinta de Pancas Reserva Tinto 2024, two new wines that reinforce the identity and character of the terroir protected by the Serra de Montejunto mountain range.Quinta de Pancas has launched two new vintages of its Reserva line: the Pancas Reserva Branco 2025 and the Quinta de Pancas Reserva Tinto 2024. The new wines reflect the identity of this historic property in the Lisbon region, marked by the Atlantic influence and the natural protection of the Serra de Montejunto.
The Pancas Reserva Branco 2025 is produced from the Arinto, Chardonnay and Vital grape varieties, revealing a fruity and elegant profile. The six-month aging in French oak barrels gives it greater texture, mouthfeel and aging potential, resulting in a gastronomic, balanced and refreshing wine. Its freshness and sophistication make it a versatile option to pair with light dishes or to toast on special occasions.
The Quinta de Pancas Reserva Tinto 2024 is made from a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet. It has a deep and intense ruby color and stands out on the nose for its aromatic complexity, with notes of black fruit and forest, complemented by nuances of black pepper and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is smooth but structured, with firm tannins and good persistence, also benefiting from six months of aging in French oak barrels.
According to David Baverstock, Chairman Winemaker at WineStone, “Quinta de Pancas has a unique terroir, protected by the Serra de Montejunto and influenced by its proximity to the Atlantic. These new vintages translate this identity with rigor and precision: in the white through freshness, texture and elegance and in the red with structure, aromatic intensity and balance.”
