Vale do Lobo prepares to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day with a gastronomic proposal designed for moments of sharing. On February 14th, the SMASH restaurant presents a special menu designed for two, in a relaxed and welcoming environment, ideal for a romantic break in the heart of the Algarve resort.

The experience begins with artisanal bread and smoked sardine pâté, accompanied by Aperol Spritz or fresh orange juice. This is followed by starters to share, including sautéed scallops, Portuguese-style beef tartare, and sautéed mushrooms, paired with sparkling wine from the Lisbon region.

For the main courses, the choice falls between confited cod with corn bread migas or black pork loin with Port wine reduction, both accompanied by selected regional wines. The dessert, created for sharing, features strawberry mousse with crispy biscuit, served with Moscatel de Setúbal.

Available exclusively on the night of February 14th, priced at 45 euros per person, the menu is part of SMASH’s gastronomic proposal, a space that combines contemporary cuisine, sharing, and an informal atmosphere.
